Vespel®/石墨 GC 套環

我們提供多種標準及特殊用途的套環與密封件，廣泛應用於氣相色譜儀 (GC) 及其他儀器中。常用的材料包括 Vespel®、PTFE 和膨脹石墨，滿足多種應用需求。

產品概述

標準套環產品系列用於密封管路和毛細管，適配多種尺寸的標準壓縮接頭。Vespel®/石墨套環採用高品質聚酰亞胺/石墨混合材料製成，具備出色的耐用性和密封性能。

特性與優勢

  • 由聚酰亞胺/石墨混合材料製成。
  • 只需最小的扭力即可實現密封。
  • 可重新使用及重新定位於毛細管柱上（未過度壓縮的情況下）。
  • 高溫下輕微收縮，需在初次溫度循環後重新緊固以避免洩漏。
  • 提供兩種混合比例：40% 石墨和 15% 石墨。

Vespel®/石墨套環非常適合 GC/MS 界面應用，因為其對氧氣具非多孔性，能確保高效性能。

產品規格

耐高溫性與使用壽命

  • 石墨的加入提升了耐高溫性，並減少粘附及收縮現象。
  • 60/40 V/G 混合材料的粘結風險最低，且比 100% Vespel 更柔軟，只需輕微力量即可壓縮並形成密封。
  • 兩種混合材料的最高溫度限制均為 400°C。

混合比例比較

混合比例 特性
60/40 V/G 更高的耐磨性、較低的摩擦力、更佳的尺寸穩定性與抗氧化穩定性。
85/15 V/G 較硬，適合需要較高硬度與使用壽命的應用。
